Rich notes of plum, mulberry, black cherry, bay leaf, and rich Baker's chocolate.  This wine is large-scaled, silky and seamless on the palate, showcasing dark red fruits, chocolate dustings, and vanilla.  Though young now, with plenty of structure it should fill out nicely on the palate and drink well over the next fifteen plus years.

"The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mountain from one of the warmer terroirs in Washington checks in as 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc that spent 21 months in 90% new French oak. Its deep ruby/plum color is followed by a rocking bouquet of red and black currants, cedar, dried soil, and assorted spices. It's deep, rich, beautifully textured, and powerful, with both fruit and structure. The tannins develop more bite with time in the glass. This beauty will benefit from 3-4 years or cellaring and cruise for two decades."
