Passing Time is, first and foremost, dedicated to Cabernet Sauvignon. We use Merlot and Cabernet Franc from iconic Washington vineyards to create a complex and complete blend that complements Cabernet, without taking away from its unique character. Minimal handling in the cellar, and close attention to the choice and use of new oak are designed to create long-lived, expressive, and complex wines that attain the considerable heights Washington is known for.
